Brian Shah DDS, MD

Dr. Shah obtained his medical degree from Harvard University Medical School. He then completed his surgical residency training in general surgery, anesthesia, and oral and maxillofacial surgery at Harvard as well. He rotated through Massachusetts General Hospital, The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston Children's Hospital and The Beth Israel Hospital. He received his dental degree at the Ohio State University and his BA in microbiology at Miami University in Ohio.
To stay current on the evolving world of medicine and dentistry Dr. Shah belongs to many local, national and international organizations, including: The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The Chicago and Illinois Societies of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Medical Association, The American Dental Association, The Illinois Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society.
Additionally, all patients that come to see Dr. Shah, with his extensive training in anesthesia, are afforded the ability to have either sedation or general anesthesia, depending on the complexity of their treatment and their desired level of comfort.
